Warramate Pinot Noir Rose 2024

Elegant, dry & seriously good rosé from a Yarra Icon 🍓🌸
Warramate might be the second label of Yarra Yering, but this 2024 Pinot Noir Rosé is anything but second best.
Expect pale salmon hues, a delicate perfume of rose petals and marzipan, and fresh red fruits like watermelon. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with chalky tannins and a dry, savoury finish that makes it dangerously easy to drink.
Made with the same attention to detail as its big sibling, this is rosé with structure, proving that pink wines can be both refreshing and complex.

What the maker says about this wine 👇Handpicked, chilled overnight then gently whole bunch pressed. The juice then settles in stainless steel tank overnight before transferred as relatively clear juice to used barrels for fermentation, inoculated with a neutral yeast strain to highlight the Pinot Noir aromatics and fruit profile. Six months in barrel before bottling.
