At TradingGrapes, we’re committed to ensuring your wine arrives safely and on time. Please review the following information carefully.
Where We Deliver
We deliver Australia-wide and can arrange international shipping on request. Standard delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on location. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen events.
In some regions, Express Post may be available and will be shown as an option at checkout.
If you have special delivery requirements — such as a specific occasion or date — please contact us at hello@tradinggrapes.com before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to ensure your wine arrives on time.
Insurance
All orders are automatically covered by shipping insurance at no additional cost, giving you complete peace of mind from the moment your order leaves our cellar.

Heat Protection
To protect your wine, we may hold or delay shipments during periods of extreme heat or weather risk. This helps reduce the chance of spoilage or damage in transit.
For some regions, our shipping partners offer climate-controlled freight to ensure your wine is protected from heat and temperature risks during transit. Where this service is available, we will utilise this method of shipping.
Age Restrictions
We comply with the NSW Liquor Act 2007, which prohibits the sale or supply of alcohol to anyone under 18. The legal drinking age may be higher in other countries.
We (or our delivery partners) may refuse delivery if:

A valid government-issued ID cannot be produced

The recipient appears intoxicated

There’s reason to believe the wine will be supplied to a minor
Delivery Restrictions
Some areas have alcohol restrictions. We cannot deliver to:

Public places in alcohol-free zones (as defined in the Local Government Act 1993)

Alcohol-prohibited areas under section 632A of the Local Government Act 1993

Restricted alcohol areas under Division 2
If your address falls within one of these zones, we may not be able to complete your delivery.
Responsibility and Risk
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Incorrect Details
You are responsible for keeping your delivery address up to date. We are not liable for deliveries lost due to incorrect or outdated information in your account.
Cellar Value Update
If you have wine stored in our cellar, your account balance (cellar value) will decrease by the value of any wine delivered to you.
