Orders over $150 qualify for free standard delivery.

Delivery for cellared wines

 

If your wine is stored with TradingGrapes, you can request delivery at any time.

  • $20 flat rate per 6 bottles (Australia-wide)

Your wine will be packed securely and dispatched from our climate-controlled facility.

Shipping & packaging

 

Wine is packed using protective packaging designed specifically for bottles. This helps minimise movement and protect the wine during transit.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Heat protection

 

To protect your wine, we may hold or delay shipments during periods of extreme heat or weather risk. This helps reduce the chance of spoilage or damage in transit.

For some regions, our shipping partners offer climate-controlled freight to help protect wine from heat and temperature risks during transit. Where this service is available, we will utilise this shipping method.

Insurance

 

All orders are shipped fully insured.

If a bottle is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.
