What makes wine investible?
Most wines are made to drink now—affordable and produced in high volumes. However, wines crafted to age evolve over time, developing deeper flavours and greater complexity. As they mature, their value increases. With less than 1% of wines considered 'investment grade,' each bottle you add to your collection is a rare asset. And once a bottle is gone, it’s gone forever
What is a drink window?
A wine's drink window is the period when it’s said to be at its peak, balancing maturity and freshness. Wines built to age evolve over time, starting with primary flavours (like fruit) and secondary flavours (like oak or spice) that come from the grapes and wine making process at the beginning of the window. As it ages, tertiary flavours (earthy, nutty, or savoury) take over, adding depth and complexity. Knowing a wine's drink window helps collectors decide when to enjoy it, sell it, or hold onto it for a little longer
Cellaring
Where is my wine stored?
We store your wine in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled, secure and insured facility where temperatures are monitored hourly throughout the day to ensure your wine stays in optimal ageing conditions. Our insurance policy covers fire, flood, and theft while your wine is in our care
How does cellaring work?
To cellar your wine with us, simply select 'cellar my wine' before adding to your cart
Cellarage works on a monthly fee per bottle, making it easy to grow your collection and only pay for what you use
How much does cellaring cost?
$2 per bottle per month with insurance included
Our insurance policy covers fire, flood, and theft while your wine is in our care
How do I cancel my cellar subscription?
To cancel your cellarage, you need to withdraw your wine
You can withdraw your wine from the cellar at anytime by sending us a request via your Account
Once the delivery of your wine has been processed, we'll automatically cancel your cellarage before the next billing date for wines you choose to withdraw from your cellar
Can I withdraw my wine from my cellar?

Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia wide and internationally on request
Under the New South Wales Liquor Act 2007, there are some restrictions to places and people we can deliver wine to - like we can't deliver to public places and you must be the legal drinking age

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times generally take between 2 – 10 business days, however sometimes there may be delays
We may also hold or delay the delivery, such as in warm weather to reduce the risk of heat damage to your wine

We’re a working cellar and dispatch hub. While we don’t offer same-day delivery or pickups (yet), we’ll always aim to get your wine to you quickly - or you can make an appointment to collect it.
