At TradingGrapes, we make it simple to enjoy premium wines delivered straight to your door. We deliver Australia-wide, with international shipping available on request.

  • Express Delivery: 1–4 business days (available in select regions and shown at checkout)
  • Fast Dispatch: We aim to send all orders within 1 business day

  • Free Standard Shipping: Australia-wide on all orders over $150+
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $150, shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: We offer express shipping in some regions (1-4 business days). If available to your location the option will appear at checkout.

Insurance

We know your wine collection is an investment, and insurance can be an important consideration when purchasing premium bottles. That's why all orders are automatically covered by shipping insurance at no additional cost, giving you complete peace of mind from the moment your wine leaves our care.

All wines cellared with TradingGrapes using our Cellaring service are fully insured against fire, flood, and theft at market value, giving you peace of mind that your collection is protected while in storage with us.

What if I'm requesting delivery on wine I've cellared with you?

Wherever you are in Australia, it’s only $20 flat shipping for up to 6 bottles of wine.

Insurance is included automatically for all deliveries.

We may hold or delay shipments during periods of extreme heat to protect your wine from damage in transit.

For some regions, our shipping partners offer climate-controlled freight to ensure your wine is protected from heat and temperature risks during transit. Where this service is available, we will always utilise this method of shipping.

No shipping fees apply when you place wine into your personal cellar with TradingGrapes.

When you choose to withdraw bottles, a flat $20 shipping fee applies for up to 6 bottles.
