- Free Standard Shipping: Australia-wide on all orders over $150+
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $150, shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: We offer express shipping in some regions (1-4 business days). If available to your location the option will appear at checkout.
Insurance
We know your wine collection is an investment, and insurance can be an important consideration when purchasing premium bottles. For that reason, we’re able to offer insurance on any order upon request (additional charges may apply). Simply email us at hello@tradinggrapes.com before placing your order, and we’ll provide details on the available options.
All wines cellared with TradingGrapes using our Cellaring service are fully insured against fire, flood, and theft at market value, giving you peace of mind that your collection is protected while in storage with us.
What if I'm requesting delivery on wine I've cellared with you?
Wherever you are in Australia, it’s only $20 flat shipping for up to 6 bottles of wine.
Insurance is available upon request.

We can even hand write a card for you if the order is for a special someone!

What happens during extreme heat?
We may hold or delay shipments during periods of extreme heat to protect your wine from damage in transit.
How does shipping work with the Cellaring service?
No shipping fees apply when you place wine into your personal cellar with TradingGrapes.
When you choose to withdraw bottles, a flat $20 shipping fee applies for up to 6 bottles.
