Crafted by Nic Peterkin (of Pierro and Cullen Wines lineage), it’s wild-fermented, barrel-aged, and unapologetically expressive. L.A.S. stands for Luck, Art & Science—the three elements Nic believes are essential to making great wine—and this bottle captures all three in perfect balance.

With no malolactic fermentation, it stays bright and fresh, yet layered with texture and energy. A boundary-pushing Chardonnay from one of the world’s great Chardonnay regions—low-intervention, high-impact, and very easy to love.

Made exclusively from the renowned Gin Gin clone, it is barrel-fermented and aged for 10 months with regular lees stirring, enhancing texture and depth. With no malolactic fermentation, the wine retains its fresh acidity, delivering a bright, citrus-driven profile with layers of stone fruit, delicate oak spice, and a refined, long finish.
