Bruno Paillard has built a reputation as one of Champagne’s most dynamic houses, known for producing wines of elegance, purity, and finesse. The Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut NV is no exception—crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grown in some of the most prized Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs.

Made in the traditional method, the wine is blended from multiple vintages (using the 2015 as it's base and including a generous proportion of reserve wines) to achieve both consistency and depth. After aging on lees, it was disgorged in Oct 2020 and emerges with hallmark chalky minerality and a creamy, refined mousse.

Expect bright notes of lemon zest, green apple, and white peach, lifted by florals and subtle brioche. The palate is precise and linear, with a saline edge and long, elegant finish—an unmistakable expression of chalk-rich Côte des Blancs terroir.
