The 2024 release is a textbook Santorini Assyrtiko: powerful, mineral, and laser-focused. Grown on ancient, basket-trained vines rooted in volcanic soils, it bursts with stone fruits, with a sea spray, crushed stone, and oily mouthfeel. The palate is concentrated yet razor-sharp, finishing long, dry and beautifully saline — the structure Santorini is famous for.
