The 2017 Fontodi Chianti Classico DOCG is everything you want in a top-tier Tuscan red—powerful yet refined, rich yet vibrant, and built to age beautifully. 

Look for the Gallo Nero (Black Rooster) on the bottle—the symbol of Chianti Classico DOCG (Italy’s highest wine classification). Chianti Classico reflects the original classified land of the region, home to some of the best wines Tuscany has to offer. 

Sourced from organic, high-altitude vineyards in Panzano’s “Conca d’Oro” (Golden Shell), one of the most prestigious sites in Chianti Classico, known for its amphitheater shape —this Sangiovese is all about depth, structure, and elegance. 

Expect ripe cherry, black plum, and dried herbs, with layers of spice thanks to 18 months in French oak. The palate? Bold and structured, with fine tannins and a long, savoury finish that makes it incredible with food (hello, Bistecca alla Fiorentina 🥩).
