Assyrtiko might be most famous on the island of Santorini, but Kir-Yianni has become one of the leading producers proving the variety can shine beautifully in mainland Greece too. Grown at high altitude in Amyndeon — one of Greece’s coolest wine regions — this Assyrtiko is all about tension, minerality, and refreshing citrus-driven purity.

The 2025 vintage is bright and expressive: stone fruits, white blossom, and citrus, backed by that signature Assyrtiko salinity and a chalky, mouthwatering finish. It’s crisp, structured and incredibly drinkable, with a little extra softness and approachability compared to the more austere Santorini style.
