Planted on very dry slopes, the vines for Lou ParaĂŻs are farmed with environmental sustainability at front of mind, with vinification processes kept straightforward to promote both the terroir and typicity of the appellation.
Typical of the appellation, the rosé is pale pink in colour, exhibiting a floral nose with muscat-like aromas. The palate is dominated by fresh red fruit flavours and a thread of savoury acidity.
