Phase Three Wines LeBomb Syrah 2024

Old-vine Syrah with explosive character đŁđ·
Phase Three Wines has quickly become one of the most exciting names in the Barossa, and the LeBomb Syrah is a perfect example of why. While the flagship Dero channels pure Barossa power, Home of the Dero speaks of the familyâs home block, and Vinegarden draws from 19th-century Eden Valley vines, LeBomb brings its own identityâcrafted from old-vine Greenock fruit rooted in red clay over limestone, where intensity meets freshness.
The 2024 vintage is plush yet energetic, with broody waves of dark plum and blackberry layered with spice and a subtle floral lift. The limestone influence adds drive and minerality, keeping the wine vibrant and balanced. Basket-pressed, whole-bunch fermented, and bottled in small batches, this Syrah has both immediate appeal and the structure to reward time in the cellar.
For collectors and drinkers alike, LeBomb lives up to its nameâbold, expressive, and impossible to ignore. A Barossa Syrah that proves Phase Three isnât just following tradition, but reshaping it.

What the experts say about this wine
Phase Three Wines
From the meticulously farmed site of Damon & Nathan Kalleske. There is no doubt we could not have landed on our feet here any better. This is an absolute top flight Greenock site. Old vines on red clay over Ironstone.Hand-picked & whole bunch fermented. This is our richer style offering with a touch of high quality Barrique influence. Itâs dark & broody with mineral drive and length. Yet maintains a modest level of alcohol.
