If you love crisp, Chardonnay-driven sparkling, this Blanc de Blancs from Veuve Ambal is an absolute standout. As the market leader and largest producer of Crémant de Bourgogne, Veuve Ambal has been refining the art of traditional-method sparkling since 1898, and it shows.

Like Champagne, this Crémant undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle using the méthode traditionnelle (the same method used in Champagne). The only difference is geography: sparkling from Burgundy can’t be called Champagne, but the technique — and the quality — can be remarkably close.
