Veuve Ambal Cremant de Bourgogne Grande Cuvee Brut NV

If you're looking for a bubbly that won't break the bank, the Veuve Ambal Crémant de Bourgogne Grande Cuvee Brut NV is one to try. Veuve Ambal is the market leader and largest producer of Crémant de Bourgogne (Sparkling from Burgundy), and they’ve been perfecting their craft since 1898. Crémants share a lot in common with Champagne, as they undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle using the méthode traditionnelle (the same traditional method used for Champagne). The key difference? Only sparkling wines from Champagne (the region) can be called Champagne (the drink). Overall, this Crémant has a richness and depth that’s tough to beat at this price.

What the experts say about this wine 👇

A toasty version, laced with vanilla, pastry cream and spice notes, this is enlivened by racy acidity that creates a mouthwatering frame for the poached quince, apricot and candied ginger flavors.
