What the experts say about this wine

The vinification begins with a soft pressing of the grapes and natural cold decantation. The must remains stored at a very low temperature in stainless steel tanks to avoid spontaneous fermentations. During the year, individual portions of must are brought into the autoclave at a temperature of 12-14 degrees to start the fermentation. When it reaches about 5.5 degrees of alcohol, it is stopped by rapidly cooling the temperature and filtering. Moscato does not undergo malolactic fermentation; it is bottled, thus maintaining its natural freshness and aroma.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections, slightly sparkling. Intense aroma of ripe yellow fruit (peaches, apricots), floral notes (rose petals) and ginger. Sweet and delicate on the palate, with good acidity, balance and complexity.
