The 2023 Grace Gris de Koshu is a unique expression of Japan’s signature grape—grown in the foothills of Mount Fuji, at high elevation in Yamanashi’s Misawa Vineyard. Grace is one of the country’s most acclaimed producers, and this wine shows exactly why the world is paying attention. 

Inspired by a trip to Alsace, Gris de Koshu is Grace Wine’s nod to Pinot Gris, reimagined through the lens of Koshu. Delicately aromatic yet textural and dry, this wine brings citrus, yuzu, and subtle spice.

What the experts say about this wine

Clear and in perfect condition, with pale but bright lemon yellow colour and hints of green. Medium viscosity. On the nose, ample aromas redolent of green apple and fresh notes of lime, followed by crispy scents of acacia flower and lemongrass, accented with white pepper and clove spiciness.
