Torbreck Woodcutter’s Shiraz 2023

Barossa Shiraz with a whole lot of swagger 🍇🔥
The 2023 Torbreck Woodcutter’s Shiraz is proof that you don’t need to spend a fortune to enjoy seriously good Barossa.

Sourced from younger vines but made with the same care as Torbreck’s flagship reds, this vintage is plush, dark, and full of character—think plum, dark cherry, spice, and a lick of toasty oak.

Juicy and generous, with velvety tannins and that signature Torbreck polish. Perfect for weeknight dinners, but impressive enough for a weekend pour.

If you’re Shiraz-curious or already a Barossa devotee, this is one to have on hand.

What the experts say about this wine

A refined yet savory nose of blackcurrants, wild blackberries, mocha and iodine. The palate is full-bodied with finely integrated tannins and bright acidity, giving notes of mulberry bush, olive tapenade and ferric earth. Very chewy and structured with an underlying freshness. Delicious. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
